As Chief Executive Officer at Blue Frog, Mike sets the vision and leads the strategic direction of our company. With a deep commitment to innovation, growth, and operational excellence, he is responsible for driving the company’s long-term success and building a culture rooted in purpose and performance. Having worked in every role within the organization—from fieldwork to project management to sales —Mike brings a rare, hands-on perspective that makes him uniquely qualified to lead with insight, empathy, and experience. His 20 years in leadership bring a proven track record of scaling business, leading high-performance teams and navigating complex challenges. In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and spending time with his wife Nichole and their three children Nick, Mia and Isabella.
As Chief Financial Officer at Blue Frog, Kevin leads the company’s financial strategy, operations, and planning. With over 20 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and financial advising, Kevin provides critical leadership to the financial and development departments at Blue Frog. Kevin’s industry experience spans industrial, manufacturing, business services, consumer products, and healthcare. He has worked extensively with founder-led and family-owned businesses as well as large, private and publicly traded companies. Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a major in Finance.
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jason brings 20 years of experience in the veterinary industry to Blue Frog. He has a persistent drive to work cohesively as a team and exceed client expectations. He truly believes in treating each client as an individual to key into what is important to them to enhance that experience. He was born in Atlanta and has been back in the area for the last 15 years. He loves golf and enjoys spending time with his family in Athens, GA.
Headen travels the United States for Blue Frog, networking to find design/build opportunities for our company. He spent 20 years in the veterinary industry, primarily in distribution. As a veterinary practice consultant, he specializes in helping veterinarians reach their full potential—both in profitability and happiness. Headen has served the Atlanta market since graduating from the University of Georgia with a degree in International Business in 1997. He has been married to his wife, Emily, for over 25 years, and they have three wonderful children—two attending the University of Georgia and one at Gainesville High School. When not working or parenting, Headen loves watching his children play sports and traveling with his family.
Tommy brings to the table over 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, serving in various roles including project management, business development, and estimation. Alongside his knowledge of the full lifecycle of the project, his communication skills, commitment to excellence, and passion for people equip him to serve the client and project team to the level it deserves. Tommy is originally from the metro-Atlanta area and graduated with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. He now resides in Athens, Ga with his wife and three boys. You can find them at any given time with friends, watching/talking sports, dreaming of travel, enjoying good food, and always trying to have fun.
As the Chief of Staff at Blue Frog, Megan works closely with the executive team to streamline operations, align priorities, and drive strategic initiatives forward. Megan integrates her passion for people into everything she does. From collaborating with fellow staff members and industry partners to serving our clients, Megan strives for excellence, care and consistency to mark her work and interactions. Megan is originally from Chicago and graduated from the University of Georgia. She loves talking about her hometown & her family and loves to dream about where to travel next.
Shawn is the head of the Blue Frog Design Department. His attention to detail is critical from the design phase through construction. He is an avid family man. He has been designing medical offices for almost 30 years. Shawn's permanent smile is infectious. Not only will his experience help shape the best project possible, but he makes it fun. When he's not focused on his work, Shawn enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife of over 30 years. He's a proud father to two University of Georgia alumni and another child who is currently attending Berry College, where he plays football.
Tommy has been working in the construction industry for many years, with several of those owning his own business. He also has many previous years in law enforcement which included being a K-9 handler, narcotics officer and Sergeant on patrol. Tommy retired from Law Enforcement in 2018. He is the current Executive Director of Design and his responsibilities include managing design staff, budgeting, problem solving and customer relations. He loves spending time with his wife, son, daughter, and most of all his grandchildren.
Keith has worked extensively in the construction field for over 25 years. Having been a business owner himself, the experience and knowledge he brings to the Blue Frog estimation team is invaluable. On a daily basis, he is responsible for working directly with our subcontractors and design department to build the ideal team for each of our projects. Keith works hard to partner with the most experienced and qualified contractors while keeping costs within the clients’ budget and needs.
Matt joined the Blue Frog Team in July of 2018. During his time at Blue Frog he has worked in every division of the company with the exceptions of Design and Accounting. He works closely with our Pre-Construction team throughout the design phase and during the bidding process. Matt builds relationships with various trade partners to ensure we have quality partners working with us on all of our projects. Matt feels that the key to any successful project is constant communication between our company and the client/s. He lives in Hoschton, Ga with his daughter Olivia, his son Brooks, and his Golden Retriever Bailey. When not at work, you can expect to find him on a random baseball field coaching, playing golf, or watching a ball game.
With an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Daniel leads the project management team at Blue Frog. After dedicating 17 years to serving in Campus Ministry, he is eager to leverage his unique blend of experiences and skills to the success of Blue Frog and all its clients. Daniel is a graduate of The University of Georgia and also holds a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. He lives in Watkinsville, GA with his wife, Katie and his three daughters- Norah, Lily, and Molly. When he is not transporting his daughters to their various activities, he enjoys spending time with his wife, eating a good meal, playing golf, hunting, and watching college football.
Mark has 25 years of operational experience in both the residential and commercial construction arenas. As the Blue Frog Construction Manager, his responsibilities will include process improvement, operations improvement, and field training to impact the overall operation of the business. In his free time you can usually find him and his wife of 20 years at one of their 4 kids sporting events or mentoring youth at their church.

Blue Frog built our original dental office and we have received more positive comments about our office through the years than I can count. Overall, the process of building went very smoothly and the team did a great job communicating and creating a well-built structure. Today, we have outgrown our old office and are embarking with Blue Frog again to repeat the process and create a new functional, yet asthetic workplace.
