Our History

Blue Frog was given birth in 2004 through the combined efforts of Vince Mancuso and Mike Rubio. Originally named Blue Frog Renovations, our main focus was on restoring old homes in Atlanta, GA. This focus quickly evolved into commercial build-outs in the retail, restaurant, and medical communities. At that time, we decided to more accurately name ourselves BLUE FROG, LLC. Since then, Blue Frog, LLC has grown significantly. We have hired some of the best talent in their respective fields and have performed work for such entities as Diagnostic Ventures, Inland-US Mgt, Julian LeCraw, Papa John's Pizza, Jackson County, City of Suwanee, Perennial Properties, Tanger Outlet Properties, 3Mentors, WellStar, Grub Ellis, Children’s Medicine, Mercy Health Center, Innovative Vein Therapies, The Veteran’s Administration, and hundreds of doctors across the southeastern United States.

Blue Frog is constantly looking for new ways to grow and serve its' clients. We pride ourselves in our Design, Build, Construction Management and Business Practice expertise. We've applied these skills in doctor’s offices, retail tenant finishes, event venues, restaurants, local government projects as well as when asked, to the occasional custom residential build. We assist our clients with feasibility studies, land acquisition, site development, and building design which all comes together during the construction phase.
