Vince is one of two managing partners whose primary focus is Process Development and Office Management. He analyzes each situation and tries to come up with better more efficient ways to get them done. His attention in these areas will help ensure the success of your project.

Chief Operations Officer
Mike is one of two managing partners. His primary focus is Business Development. His personality-driven "need to help" attitude serves him well as he makes friends everywhere he goes. When Mike sets his mind to it, there's virtually no problem he can't solve.

Director of Business Development - US
Headen travels the United States for Blue Frog networking to find design/build opportunities for our company. He spent 20 years in the veterinary industry primarily in distribution. As a veterinary practice consultant, he specializes in helping veterinarians reach their full potential both in profitability and happiness. Headen has served the Atlanta market since graduating from the University of Georgia with an International Business degree in 1997. Headen has been married to his wife Emily for over 20 years and they have three wonderful teenagers. When not working and parenting, Headen loves to watch his children play sports and travel with the family.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Jason is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings close to 20 years of experience in the veterinary industry to Blue Frog. He has a persistent drive to work cohesively as a team and exceed client expectations. He truly believes in treating each client as an individual to key into what is important to them to enhance that experience. He was born in Atlanta and has been back in the area for the last 15 years. He loves golf and enjoys spending time on the golf cart with his family in Peachtree City.

Director of Business Development - AL/GA/TN
Matt services Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee as part of the sales and marketing efforts for Blue Frog. Communication is one of the hardest things we do. Matt feels that the key to any successful project is constant communication between our company and the client. Communication establishes the expectations of the client which allows us to deliver a superior finished product every client deserves.

Director of Business Development - NC/SC/VA
Danielle brings over 20 years’ experience in the veterinary industry to Blue Frog. As the Director of Business Development in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, Danielle pulls from her experiences as a kennel worker, veterinary assistant and lengthy tenure in veterinary distribution sales with a concentration in equipment and design. Her attention to detail and desire to help customers build the practice of their dreams keeps her focused and excited about each project. Danielle fuels her enthusiasm and passion with her love of the outdoors through kayaking, hiking, camping and traversing the world’s natural wonders.

Director of Business Development – Florida and Georgia
Ed leads the commercial client experience efforts for Blue Frog. His primary goal is to constantly seek and understand the client’s needs and desires, so the team can deliver a superior end-product. His 35+ years of experience in delivering client satisfaction through exceeding expectations helps position Blue Frog as a company of choice for the professional looking to start or expand their current businesses. We seek to understand areas for improvement on a constant basis to improve the client experience.

Director of Design
Shawn is the head of the Blue Frog Design Department. His attention to detail is critical from the design phase through construction. He is an avid family man. He has been designing medical offices for over twenty five years. Shawn's permanent smile is infectious. Not only will his experience help shape the best project possible, but he makes it fun.

A southern girl at heart, Niki was raised in Alabama and received her degree from Auburn University. She now makes her home in Georgia with her husband and two children. She is the head of our Accounting Department and is responsible for monthly financials, payroll and cash management. Her pleasant personality and desire to help everyone makes accounting a positive experience. Her team ensures all subcontractors get paid, but not before they have turned in their proper paperwork, insurance, invoices, etc. Everyone loves Niki, mostly because she’s sweet, but also because she controls the money.

General Operations Manager
Megan is our General Operations Manager at Blue Frog. Megan integrates her passion for people into everything she does. From collaborating with fellow staff members to serving our clients, Megan strives for excellence, care and consistency to mark her work and interactions. Her primary focus is the internal workings at Blue Frog, specifically regarding the Start Right\Lease Right programs, ensuring that departments work together to produce an efficient, positive and quality outcome for clients. Megan is originally from Chicago and graduated from the University of Georgia. She loves talking about her hometown & her family and loves to dream about where to travel next.

Joining Blue Frog in 2020, Suzanne’s easy going personality, vast accounting experience and ability to integrate has instantly made her a vital member of the team. Her primary responsibilities include accounts payable, customer billing, payroll and a liaison between accounting and project management. She’s originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and a graduate of the University of Alabama, but now as a Georgia girl, she has made her home and raised her children in the Peach State. Her two sons are proud service men, one in the Army and one in the Navy. Somewhat of a fitness freak she loves running, traveling and spending time with her husband Craig and her dog.

Iva has been in the design and architectural business for many years. Her experience and quick sense of humor helps us to quickly create unique designs for each of our clients. Here’s a quote from Iva: "’meraki’, I stumbled upon this beautiful word a couple of years ago – it hasn’t an equivalent in English, but it was a moment of instant of recognition. –‘using a computer to translate from the simple, to the elaborate -ideas and sketches into documents that are used to build dreams.’” “I have implemented meraki for the past 17 years . This is how I have approached life, and it has served me well!” More casually my mantra is … “it’s all about the entertainment value of any given process” and I promise-we will enjoy this process!”
Director of Estimation
Keith has worked extensively in the construction field for over 25 years. Having been a business owner himself, the experience and knowledge he brings to the Blue Frog estimation team is invaluable. On a daily basis, he is responsible for working directly with our subcontractors and design department to build the ideal team for each of our projects. Keith works hard to partner with the most experienced and qualified contractors while keeping costs within the clients’ budget and needs.

Bennet has been in construction/renovation work for years in both residential and commercial properties and has a history as a contractor himself. He brings a positive attitude to the office with his love for people and passion for community. He works with both our design department and subcontractors to put together a cohesive team that brings our projects to life. Bennet believes most people are just a positive interaction away from taking a normal day into a great one and strives to bring that mentality to our team and our projects.

Andrea considers herself very blessed and lucky to have discovered her passion for Interior Design at an early age. A recent graduate of Gwinnett Technical College in the Interior Design field, her interests include commercial and residential new builds and remodeling outdated spaces. As a drafter in our design department, she uses her skills and knowledge to help create endless possibilities within a space. Most importantly, she understands the visions our clients have and is focused on their needs and dreams with an emphasis on safety and accessibility.

Tommy brings to the table over 8 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, serving in various roles including project management, business development, and estimation. Alongside his knowledge of the full lifecycle of the project, his communication skills, commitment to excellence, and passion for people equip him to serve the client and project team to the level it deserves.
Tommy is originally from the metro-Atlanta area and graduated with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. He now resides in Athens, Ga with his wife and two boys. You can find them at any given time with friends, watching/talking sports, dreaming of travel, enjoying good food, and always trying to have fun.

Senior Superintendent/Warranty Manager
Jason is the Lead Senior Superintendent at Blue Frog. As the team leader and mentor, he takes care to foster the growth of new procedures, training and success of his team while managing customer’s needs. His positive and lasting relationships with subcontractors and clients uphold Blue Frog’s high level of customer satisfaction. His team collaborates with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure that each job is completed in a timely fashion with excellence, quality, and safety in mind. Jason’s past experiences, eye for fine details and clear communication skills, make him invaluable in this role.

Jordan brings a cheerful, positive demeanor to work each day as she utilizes her experience in management and interaction with builders, developers, and contractors. She is able to oversee efficiently run projects in accordance with contract documents, budget, and scheduling. Jordan collaborates with architects, engineers, and construction personnel while working hard to focus on project details so the clients are able to focus on their business without distraction to help position them for maximum growth and profitability. She displays effective communication and time management skills and possesses a customer focused attention to detail that adheres to Blue Frog’s culture and values of ensuring a superior finished product for every client. Jordan was born a beach bum from the St. Petersburg / Clearwater Gulf Coast and is a graduate of Auburn University. She lives by her motto: “ I would rather be an hour early than one minute late.”

Design Project Manager
Tom has been working in the construction industry for many years, with several of those owning his own business. He also has many previous years in law enforcement which included being a K-9 handler, narcotics officer and Sergeant on patrol. As a Blue Frog Project Manager, his responsibilities include managing and keeping each job on budget, problem solving and customer relations. He loves spending time with his wife, son, daughter and most of all his grandson.

LaToysha is a trend setter as a female in a male dominated field, she is an exemplary example of a ground breaker. With 16 years experience in project management and client relationship building, she shines a bright light on making the impossible possible. LaToysha has perfected the art of marrying customer satisfaction and exceeding company expectations. Her genuine care for her clients’ needs ensures that every project is not only a job well done but a relationship well built. With over a decade of management experience in big box retailers and commercial construction she is a powerful addition to any team.

Luke is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. With a degree in political science, his attention to detail and communication are a major priority when it comes to each project. Nurturing great relationships with both our clients and subcontractors enables Luke to achieve the best final product possible. He enjoys the opportunity to work with our clients to help bring their dream build to life.

Irby has been in the construction industry for over 25 years, most of that time as an electrician. His degree in business leadership is put to good use on our projects where he efficiently manages subcontractors and establishes great working relationships with our clients. He enjoys the collaborative efforts of working together as a team to complete projects with superior quality in a timely and efficient manner.

Administrative Coordinator Sales and Marketing
Christina handles administrative tasks such as: website development, sales and marketing brochures and coordination of out of town trade shows, seminars and speaking engagements. Her years of experience in hospitality serve our clients well as she helps to provide a welcoming environment during the design phase. She is as southern as a Georgia peach, has lived in Atlanta all her life, and has 3 perfect children... Almost.
