VP Sales and Operations
Jason is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He brings close to 20 years of experience in the veterinary industry to Blue Frog. He has a persistent drive to work cohesively as a team and exceed client expectations. He truly believes in treating each client as an individual to key into what is important to them to enhance that experience. He was born in Atlanta and has been back in the area for the last 15 years. He loves golf and enjoys spending time on the golf cart with his family in Peachtree City.

HEADEN EMBRY
Director of Business Development - US
Headen travels the United States for Blue Frog networking to find design/build opportunities for our company. He spent 20 years in the veterinary industry primarily in distribution. As a veterinary practice consultant, he specializes in helping veterinarians reach their full potential both in profitability and happiness. Headen has served the Atlanta market since graduating from the University of Georgia with an International Business degree in 1997. Headen has been married to his wife Emily for over 20 years and they have three wonderful teenagers. When not working and parenting, Headen loves to watch his children play sports and travel with the family.

SHAWN RAINEY
Director of Design
Shawn is the head of the Blue Frog Design Department. His attention to detail is critical from the design phase through construction. He is an avid family man. He has been designing medical offices for over twenty five years. Shawn's permanent smile is infectious. Not only will his experience help shape the best project possible, but he makes it fun.

Tommy Trudnak
Executive Director of Design
Tom has been working in the construction industry for many years, with several of those owning his own business. He also has many previous years in law enforcement which included being a K-9 handler, narcotics officer and Sergeant on patrol. As a Blue Frog Project Manager, his responsibilities include managing and keeping each job on budget, problem solving and customer relations. He loves spending time with his wife, son, daughter and most of all his grandson.

Mark Shaffer
Director of Construction
Mark has 25 years of operational experience in both the residential and commercial construction arenas. As the Blue Frog Construction Manager, his responsibilities will include process improvement, operations improvement, and field training to impact the overall operation of the business. In his free time you can usually find him and his wife of 20 years at one of their 4 kids sporting events or mentoring youth at their church.

TOMMY PITNER
VP of Operations
Tommy brings to the table over 8 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, serving in various roles including project management, business development, and estimation. Alongside his knowledge of the full lifecycle of the project, his communication skills, commitment to excellence, and passion for people equip him to serve the client and project team to the level it deserves.
Tommy is originally from the metro-Atlanta area and graduated with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia. He now resides in Athens, Ga with his wife and two boys. You can find them at any given time with friends, watching/talking sports, dreaming of travel, enjoying good food, and always trying to have fun.

KEITH SCHLIEF
Pre-Construction Director
Keith has worked extensively in the construction field for over 25 years. Having been a business owner himself, the experience and knowledge he brings to the Blue Frog estimation team is invaluable. On a daily basis, he is responsible for working directly with our subcontractors and design department to build the ideal team for each of our projects. Keith works hard to partner with the most experienced and qualified contractors while keeping costs within the clients’ budget and needs.

NIKI MANCUSO
VP Accounting
A southern girl at heart, Niki was raised in Alabama and received her degree from Auburn University. She now makes her home in Georgia with her husband and two children. She is the head of our Accounting Department and is responsible for monthly financials, payroll and cash management. Her pleasant personality and desire to help everyone makes accounting a positive experience. Her team ensures all subcontractors get paid, but not before they have turned in their proper paperwork, insurance, invoices, etc. Everyone loves Niki, mostly because she’s sweet, but also because she controls the money.

MEGAN MCGARRAH
General Operations Manager
Megan is our General Operations Manager at Blue Frog. Megan integrates her passion for people into everything she does. From collaborating with fellow staff members to serving our clients, Megan strives for excellence, care and consistency to mark her work and interactions. Her primary focus is the internal workings at Blue Frog, specifically regarding the Start RightLease Right programs, ensuring that departments work together to produce an efficient, positive and quality outcome for clients. Megan is originally from Chicago and graduated from the University of Georgia. She loves talking about her hometown & her family and loves to dream about where to travel next.

KATI POPE
VP of Accounting and Finance
Kati was born in Iowa City and stayed in her hometown to earn her degree from The University of Iowa. She then went to Washington D.C. to pursue her Master of Accountancy at George Washington University. She now lives in Georgia with her husband, stepson and son. As the VP of Accounting & Finance, she ensures Blue Frogs financial records and internal and external reports are produced accurately and timely. She leads and motivates her team with open communication and collaboration, encouragement and positivity, and a strong sense of integrity and respect. Previously, she spent 12 years as the CFO a real estate development company, so she has exceptional knowledge and experience in the industry. When she's not at work she loves spending time watching her sons play sports and admiring how her husband coaches them.

Senior Project Manager
With over 20 years of experience, Nathan oversees his assigned projects in conjunction with the dedicated superintendents. His many years of experience, paired with his dedication to seeing things through, are vital to this role. He handles a broad list of tasks including permitting, pre-construction meetings, budget management, superintendent training, project manager training as well as oversite on projects throughout the United States. Nate is the first line of defense, answering technical questions for our superintendents and project managers, thus keeping the jobs moving. He helps ensure that the finished product is something we can all be proud of.

Matt has been with Blue Frog for almost 5 years and brings comprehensive knowledge to the team with experience in both Sales and Project Management. He works with our clients to ensure each project runs smoothly. Matt feels that the key to any successful project is constant communication between our company and the client. Jenna Spigonardo
Project Manager
Jenna brings over a decade of client relations and project management experience to the Blue Frog Team. Her expertise in taking the client from the project's initial conception, through design, development, and execution has made her successful in all of her endeavors. Jenna, alongside her husband Joey, is a mommy of two. She sees herself as a mom first, and feels blessed to have that role. Originally from Eastern Long Island, Jenna and her family enjoy journeying through nature, traveling, hitting every beach she can lay her eyes on, and appreciating all of life's beauty.

Jody has been with Blue Frog since 2021. He has 20 years of construction experience with onsite superintendent and project management being his most recent positions. He is dedicated to working with his clients to build their dreams. Jody was born and raised in North Georgia and attended Valdosta State University studying Marketing. He loves spending quality time with his family outside and watching UGA football.

Daniel Simmons
Project Manager
With an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Daniel is a part of the project management team at Blue Frog. After dedicating 17 years to serving in Campus Ministry, he is eager to leverage his unique blend of experiences and skills to the success of Blue Frog and all its clients. Daniel is a graduate of The University of Georgia and also holds a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. He lives in Watkinsville, GA with his wife, Katie and his three daughters- Norah, Lily, and Molly. When he is not transporting his daughters to their various activities, he enjoys spending time with his wife, eating a good meal, playing golf, hunting, and watching college football.

Project Engineer
Mason is originally from Gainesville, Georgia, and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2023. After graduating, he worked for a commercial real estate firm specializing in student housing. Mason is excited to join the Blue Frog team as a Project Engineer. He is eager to learn and honor every person he encounters, both within and outside the company. He is dedicated to continuously learning as much as possible and to having a deep sense of belief in the work he is doing. Mason and his wife, Josephine, live in Athens and love spending time with their family and friends, as well as their dog, Gus.

Adam takes lead over our general commercial projects such as commercial retail, office, industrial/warehouse space, medical, and restaurants. Andrew was born and raised in Athens, Georgia, and graduated from UGA in 2020 with a Degree in Exercise Sports Science and Sport Management. Previously, he was a general manager at a gym called Creed Fitness for four years before landing at Blue Frog as a Sales Associate to help with business development and grow our sales team. His passion lies in connecting with people beyond the surface level. He believes everyone has a story like himself and desires to make every person he meets feel fully known and heard. He loves helping people reach their dreams and goals, all while maintaining honor and integrity.

Senior Superintendent and Quality Control Manager
Jason is the Lead Senior Superintendent at Blue Frog. As the team leader and mentor, he takes care to foster the growth of new procedures, training and success of his team while managing customer’s needs. His positive and lasting relationships with subcontractors and clients uphold Blue Frog’s high level of customer satisfaction. His team collaborates with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure that each job is completed in a timely fashion with excellence, quality, and safety in mind. Jason’s past experiences, eye for fine details and clear communication skills, make him invaluable in this role.

Matt comes from a long line of craftsmen and entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work. At the age of 15 as a summer laborer, he learned the understanding of measuring twice and cutting once. His passion for construction drew him closer to learning all aspects of the construction industry. When not working, you are likely to find Matt outdoors as he’s an avid outdoorsman. Matt is happily married to his wife Lynn where they live in the North Georgia Mountains with their son and daughter.

Senior Accountant
Joining Blue Frog in 2020, Suzanne’s easy going personality, vast accounting experience and ability to integrate has instantly made her a vital member of the team. Her primary responsibilities include accounts payable, customer billing, payroll and a liaison between accounting and project management. She’s originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and a graduate of the University of Alabama, but now as a Georgia girl, she has made her home and raised her children in the Peach State. Her two sons are proud service men, one in the Army and one in the Navy. Somewhat of a fitness freak she loves running, traveling and spending time with her husband Craig and her dog.

After graduating from the University of Georgia and then working in healthcare, Jo sees the value in the details. Her keen ability to organize and stay on top of tasks makes her a great team player. Jo is stepping into the Project Development Manager role at Blue Frog. She will plan, manage, and oversee all phases of the pre-construction lifecycle from initiation to permit submission. Her focus will be feasibility studies. Jo and her fiancé, Mason, love to cook, sip coffee, and explore all that Athens has to offer.

As a Practice Integration Specialist, Christina is excited to help veterinarians open and grow their practice. Christina and her husband have been married for 17 years and are blessed with a beautiful daughter and an amazing son. They enjoy spending time with family & friends, traveling, and soccer.

Brooklyn is the Media Director and Office Manager for Blue Frog. She believes that encouragement and kindness lead others to success. Everyday she finds opportunities to learn and grow in her skills. She finds nature and aesthetically beautiful places to be a source to fill up her creative budget. Brooklyn is originally from Maryland and is the youngest of four brothers. She graduated from the University of Georgia and currently lives in the Classic City of Athens, GA. She is a travel enthusiast with a passion to capture everything with her camera.

BIM Manager
BIM Manager is a coveted title for Iva. It is a title that has been earned through 20+ years of experience working with AutoCad, Revit, and various others drafting and modeling programs. Iva has an affinity for seeing the potential in what software has done, and will do, for the design and construction industry, and she is delighted to bring Blue Frog projects into BIM realm!
BIM, Building Information Modeling, has been implemented into Blue Frog’s repertoire and has been the most exciting and rewarding accomplishment of her career, her contributions have helped push Blue Frog to a level above many others in our industry!

Andrea considers herself very blessed and lucky to have discovered her passion for Interior Design at an early age. A recent graduate of Gwinnett Technical College in the Interior Design field, her interests include commercial and residential new builds and remodeling outdated spaces. As a drafter in our design department, she uses her skills and knowledge to help create endless possibilities within a space. Most importantly, she understands the visions our clients have and is focused on their needs and dreams with an emphasis on safety and accessibility.

In her more than 15 years in the architectural industry, Tiffany has worked on many different project types ranging from retail and offices to banking, medical, and food service. Though she is a Georgia native and has always lived here, her work has taken her all over the contiguous United States. She brings an inquiring mind and a love of learning to every project. Interior Designer
Laura D’Arienzo of LD Design works with Blue Frog to select a unique set of custom finishes for each client. Laura has been in the construction industry for 20 years and has specialized in finish design for ten years. She uses her knowledge of construction and design to help create dreamy interior spaces and inviting exterior facades. When she is not at work, you can find the 4x boy mom enjoying her family and working on projects of her own.

NICHOLE RUBIO
Interior Designer
Nichole is the valuable other half of LD Design. Nichole uses her detail-oriented accounting and appraisal background to create thorough finish plans in Revit. She uses her distinctive taste and unique style to help design beautiful spaces for Blue Frog’s Clients. In addition to being creative, Nichole is nurturing and caring. In her spare time, you can find Nichole tending to her home farm, caring for her family, and serving in her local college ministry.

Bryson Seay
Revit Drafter
Bryson considers himself an artist as well as a visionary. After parting ways with college baseball in 2021, he became a certified audio engineer while continuing to pursue graphic design and construction. From a young age he imagined himself constructing large buildings and has always had a passion for creating. As a drafter in our design department, Bryson seeks to provide joy and encouragement in the workplace, along with a passion for Jesus Christ.”

Isabella is completing her education through a homeschooling program while gaining real-life experience as a design intern at Blue Frog. She is passionate about working in the family business and following in her parent’s footsteps in hopes of being a young entrepreneur. Bella started her work experience at Chick-fil-A, acquiring customer service skills while learning to work in a high-energy environment. Noelle graduated from Georgia Southern University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design. She found a passion for design at the beginning of her college career which fueled her motivation to expand her knowledge and grow as a designer. At Blue Frog, she plans to blend creativity with functionality, ensuring that each design is driven by a commitment to balance artistic vision with a practical approach. In her free time, Noelle enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and friends, and loving on her dog, Snoopy.

Sam Perdue
Revit Designer
Sam was born and raised in Commerce Georgia, graduating from Brenau University with a BFA in interior design. She comes from a background in commercial and hospitality design, designing projects ranging from food halls, and yoga studios, to multifamily apartments. Her love for design goes beyond the aesthetics of a space and is rooted in the development of a foundation and creating unique customer experiences through space planning tailored to the user’s brand and clientele. Sam believes that the function of a space is just as important as the overall aesthetic and loves to be an advocate for the client, ensuring the design serves all universal needs while maintaining a high-end impact. Sam is most passionate about using her love for design as a platform for ministry to serve her community while sharing the love of Jesus Christ.

Design Project Manager
Kathy has worked in the field of architecture and design for 20-plus years with design experience in both residential and commercial architecture. She is a Chicago native and has worked and traveled across the US for work. She is a graduate of The University of Illinois at Chicago where she earned her Bachelor of Architecture in Design & Building Sciences. Her resume of projects includes retail shopping centers, office buildings, financial institutions, restaurants, and high-end residential from multi-unit buildings to single-family homes. She has managed a team of architects and overseen all phases of design, client contact, project coordination, construction documents, and construction administration. Kathy believes that each detail brings life to a project and every line has meaning.

Ruben was born in Venezuela and is a Mechanical Engineer with a master's degree in industrial Project Management. He has more than 13 years of experience leading staff in maintenance and operation projects. Since joining Blue Frog as a Superintendent, he has proven his philosophy toward work, which is to "continually challenge himself to go the extra mile, always ensuring our clients are happy." Ruben considers himself very blessed to be part of the Blue Frog team. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing sports with his son.

Nathan has been in the construction field in several capacities for over 20 years. Having grown up on a working farm, he learned the value of hard work at an early age. He feels blessed to still be living on his family farm and is part of the 5th generation to do so. Nathan enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and children, a son and daughter who both love to play sports. He finds fulfillment in seeing clients’ dreams and visions become a reality.

Kevin has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He got his start as a second-generation interior trim carpenter and has moved on to serve in various roles from punch out to warranty work to a general contractor to a superintendent. He thoroughly enjoys overseeing construction projects and working closely with subcontractors to ensure his clients are pleased with their projects from start to finish. Kevin and his wife of 24 years have two beautiful children and two of the sweetest Yorkies. In his free time, Kevin enjoys fishing, traveling, and riding his motorcycle.

Damien has been in construction for over 14 years. He has worked in multiple arenas: from finishing concrete to moving his way up the ladder to superintendent. His experience working in different areas has proven his ability to manage all phases of commercial construction.

Shane Wells
Superintendent
Shane has been in the construction industry for over 35 years, including work for residential buildings. He is married to his incredible wife of 36 years and has three beautiful children. Shane enjoys working with subcontractors and establishing great relationships with his clients. He is grateful to work alongside his co-workers at Blue Frog and reliable project managers. In his free time, Shane enjoys camping with his family and friends. He also loves fishing and hunting with his son.

Lou grew up in up-state New York on a dairy farm and worked with a WWII army veteran who became his mentor and close friend. Working with him, Lou created a deep respect for him and learned about a strong work ethic. His years of hands-on experience and willingness to learn about the industry helped develop him into the superintendent he is now.

Austin Reed

Austin has been around construction his entire life. He enjoys the process of construction and watching the progress happen from the ground up. He loves the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. You can often find him on a golf course, watching the Braves, or smoking meats. He is married to his loving wife named Ashley and owns a crazy miniature dachshund named River.

Josh Abernathy
Superintendent
Josh was born and raised in the North Georgia mountains and has been around construction all his life. He began helping his father at a very young age by doing various construction and electrical projects. In addition, Josh worked as an Engineer in the telecommunications industry. In that role, he was in charge of drawing and designing buildings and maintaining hundreds of miles of copper and fiber plant. Josh loves spending his free time outdoors with his family and friends.

Shane Grizzle
Superintendent
Growing up as a tradesman and businessman, Shane brings 20+ years of well-honed skills and expertise. As a lifelong resident of North Georgia, he got an early start in the construction industry, grading and running heavy equipment. Over the years, he’s mastered various skills in the construction industry. During that time, he learned welding, metal fabrication, paint, and bodywork precipitated by his passion for cars. He excels in the industry due to his meticulous attention to detail and as a previous contractor, he can effectively communicate and coordinate with others in the trade. Shane is happily married to his wife Beth, and they share two amazing boys. Their hobbies include sharing their love for classic cars and spending time with family.

Darian Caldwell
Superintendent
Darian has been around construction for over 11 years, working on metal roofs, repairing and building old farms, and doing superintendent work. As a superintendent with Blue Frog, he is looking forward to working with the team to go beyond his client's expectations by committing to a high level of quality work. Darian is married to his beautiful wife of 24 years, Kim. He has been blessed with two wonderful children, a son Levi and a daughter Avery Brook. His favorite pass time is hunting, followed closely by coaching my daughter in travel softball. The Lord has blessed him with a great family and now, a great work family.

Caden Daymude

Caden was born and raised in North Georgia. He grew up playing sports and being in the outdoors. Caden joined the Army at 18 and served until 23. He is blessed with a wonderful wife Alivia and son Emmett. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching Alabama beat Georgia every year. Caden looks forward to working with the Blue Frog team and making customers visions come true.

Nathanael Brooks
Superintendent
Nathanael has been in the construction industry for the majority of his career. He has worked in various construction trades including roofing, siding, concrete, windows, doors, and drywall. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are his most important priorities. In his spare time, you can find him on the lake, camping in North Georgia, fishing mountain streams, or hiking with his dog, Gwenivere.

David Lingerfelt

David has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He started as a regular worker and eventually progressed to owning his own business. Coming from a family with a history in construction, he has gained valuable knowledge and skills from his relatives. Their guidance has taught him the importance of client satisfaction. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his two wonderful kids and being outdoors.

Joey Spigonardo

Joey was born and raised on Long Island, New York, and has around 20 years of experience in various fields of construction. He moved to Georgia about three years ago with his wife and two children. Joey is excited to be a part of what Blue Frog is creating.
